Michael's Winemaker Dinner - December 12
Enjoy a dinner in the cellar with our winemaker, Michael Barton, and Chef Chris Cook. The dinner will feature delicious holiday inspired dishes carefully paired with Hilmy wines. Chef Chris Cook is one of the key founders of the San Antonio-based Chef Cooperatives, a national nonprofit organization comprised of chefs who support the farm-to-table movement. Chef Cook and Chef Cooperatives has provided relief to disaster affected communities in need. Michael Barton, our winemaker, believes that wines are made in the vineyard and should make themselves. He uses post modern winemaking approaches for larger batches, but small premium batches are driven with minimal intervention mentality and filtration. Class is from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm on December 12, 2020.
